Ready to take charge of your life?

Hi, I’m Siobhan—Let’s Explore Healing Together

Your past plays a powerful role in shaping your present, often in ways you may not fully realize. Together, we’ll uncover how your experiences impact your life today and work to create healthier patterns so you can move forward with confidence, clarity, and peace.

Here’s what you can expect when we work together:

  • Compassionate Support: A safe, judgment-free space where you can share your story.

  • Encouragement and Growth: Gentle yet honest challenges to help you move past obstacles.

  • Unconditional Acceptance: No matter what you share, you will always be met with respect and understanding.

Whether you’re healing from trauma, overcoming people-pleasing, or rediscovering your true self, we’ll create a personalized approach tailored to your unique needs. Using proven methods like EMDR, trauma-informed care, and attachment-based therapy, we’ll work together to build the tools you need to thrive.

You don’t have to navigate this alone—let’s take this journey, one step at a time, together.

HOW I WORK

In our sessions, we’ll focus on what matters most to you.

Whether it’s time management, tough days at work, relationship struggles, or the weight of past experiences, this is your space to work through it all.

Together, we’ll explore patterns that might be holding you back and practice strategies that feel right for you. With my training and experience in a variety of therapy methods, I customize our sessions to your unique strengths, needs, and goals.

I’ll encourage you to try new approaches so we can find out what truly works for you.

My Approach

Your journey is one-of-a-kind, and so is my approach to our work together. Through a blend of different therapy methods, we'll find what clicks for you.

Maybe you're looking to build practical tools for everyday challenges, or perhaps you want to explore the deeper patterns in your life.

Some clients benefit from a mix of both – and that's perfectly fine! I'm here to walk alongside you and create a therapeutic experience that feels just right for you.

Some of the therapy approaches I use:

  • This approach helps clients understand how early experiences shape current patterns and behaviors. If an individual is struggling with issues related to self-worth, emotional connection, or maintaining relationships, I work with them to identify and heal these core wounds from the past.

  • DBT provides practical, concrete tools for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and building a life worth living. Through our work together, clients learn specific skills for handling stress, setting healthy boundaries, regulating their emotions and decreasing their reactivity.

  • This approach helps clients process difficult memories with significantly less distress. Rather than simply discussing experiences, EMDR enables the brain to reprocess memories in a way that reduces their triggering nature. Many of my clients report feeling lighter and more present in their daily lives after EMDR treatment.
