Real talk. Real self-discovery. Real growth.

Science-backed therapy that’s grounded, direct, and deeply human

It’s time to reclaim the parts of you that have always been there—or step into the version of yourself you’ve long imagined.

Life shapes us in quiet and unexpected ways—through our histories, relationships, and the weight we carry. Even when we’ve done everything we can to manage alone, there comes a moment when reaching out changes everything.

I’m here to help you reconnect with your core, and uncover the strength you already hold.

Your story matters—every piece of it. Where you’ve been, how you’ve adapted, the ways you’ve survived—they all speak to your resilience. Now it’s time to turn that same energy inward, to tend to yourself with care, and move forward with a clearer sense of who you are—and what you truly need.

The way I work

I show up as my full, human self—and I want you to feel safe doing the same. No need to perform here, and I certainly won’t be, either.

As your therapist, I see us as partners in this process. I’ll help you make sense of the ways your past, present, and patterns connect. Therapy with me is a space for honesty and wholeness, not perfection. My goal isn’t to judge you—it’s to understand you. I want to help you recognize how your thoughts and behaviors, even the tough ones, have made sense in the context of your life. Together, we’ll work on shifting what no longer serves you.

I’ll also challenge you, but always with care. Think of it as meeting self-sabotage with curiosity, not criticism. Your feelings matter, and I’ll hold space for them—while also offering new angles that help you understand where they come from. Many of my clients appreciate how I connect the dots between their stories and their present struggles—because that’s where real change begins.

My style

I’m a very real, down-to-earth therapist.

If something surprises me, you’ll see it on my face—I won’t pretend to hide that I’m human! Sometimes when it’s right I’ll bring humor into sessions, because healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy. At the same time, I take the work seriously, using approaches like DBT, EMDR and trauma therapy to help you understand your innate alarm systems that get triggered in certain situations.

Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all. I tailor my approach to what you need, whether that’s problem-solving, coping ahead, working on boundaries, or learning to accept what’s outside of your control. I know life is unpredictable, so I offer flexibility when possible, and I show up as a real person who genuinely cares about my clients. At the end of the day, my goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered to make the changes that matter most to you.

FEEL MORE GROUNDED IN WHO YOU ARE AND CAPABLE FACING WHAT COMES NEXT.
