It Wasn’t Your Job to Be the Adult
A Trauma-Informed Workshop for Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents
You were never meant to carry it all.
If you grew up with emotionally immature, unavailable, or self-absorbed parents, you may have stepped into the role of “the responsible one” far too early. You may still find yourself over-functioning, people-pleasing, or unsure where your needs even begin.
This trauma-informed workshop is for adult children who are ready to name their experiences, reconnect with their inner selves, and start releasing the roles that helped them survive—but no longer serve them.
